Technology and changing demographics precipitate a need for innovation in almost every aspect of government. As government organizations in many nations transition to privatizing their operations and commercializing products and services, they must begin to answer a fundamental business question: what is the value proposition for post-government organizations?
Our research centres on understanding the changing needs of citizens and the services of governments on a global scale. Acting as a repository of best practices and organizational learning, many of our government clients use us to find new ideas and innovative approaches to a growing set of public sector problems.
One example of our thinking is a new approach to developing public / private partnerships to solve national socio-economic problems.
Our Innovation Africa and Innovation Arabia workshop programs bring together businesses, government, NGOs, academic and other interested parties into a think-tank environment to develop action-based strategies that will institute change on a national scale.
