The 5-Day Banking Executive Fast Track Programme, Cambridge 9th-14th May, 2010

Maris Strategies, in association with The Møller Centre, Churchill College, University of Cambridge, is proud to announce the second 5-Day Banking Executive Fast Track Programme. Designed  by Joe DiVanna, CEO of Maris Strategies, with the assistance of 45 senior banking executives worldwide, the programme is structured around the five strategic challenges facing bankers in today's global environment: Management, Customers, Products, Distribution and Performance.

Participants are taken through a process of learning to enable them to develop an actionable strategy during their residence. Industry-experienced tutors and internationally known lecturers engage participants through theory, best practice, case studies and industry experience to achieve practical solutions from a host of problem-solving techniques. Evenings are spent with tutors constructing scenario-based solutions to devise actionable strategies. The course is led by Joe DiVanna and a cast of global experts on banking, finance, innovation and human capital.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

To provide theory and cutting-edge research on banking strategy focusing on management, customers, products, distribution and performance. To offer easy-to-use tools to address strategic challenges. To enable participants to depart with an actionable strategy targeted at a specific problem they can apply to their organization's competitive challenges.
